  • Describe project specifications, Negotiate prices or other sales terms 
  • Brief compare  a property with similar property options that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price, 
  • Appraise property values.
  • Accountable for the performance and growth of the Sales Team.
  • Performance evaluations and responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • One-on-one review with all sales team members to develop more effective communications.
  • To plan, organize, and implement different marketing activities for revenue generation.

 

Experience: 7 Yrs + 

Qualification: Graduate / Any Degree

Location:- Noida / Gurgaon

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Creates a market-specific business plan and strategy to make sure that the company’s sales targets and profitability are met.
  • Responsible for the sales team’s development and performance.
  • Evaluations of performance and accountability for achieving sales goals.
  • Individual reviews with each member of the sales team are conducted in order to improve communications.
  • To coordinate, plan, and carry out various marketing initiatives aimed at generating sales.

2–5 years of experience

Job Roles and Responsibilities 

  • You will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving revenue through phone calls to potential customers.
  • Your primary objective is to promote the focus products/ services, understand customer needs, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the necessary desired action.
  • You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers from a database or provided leads.
  • Introduce EarthMatrix Realty’s Products/ services and explain their benefits to potential customers
  • Engage in active listening to understand customer requirements and tailor the sales pitch accordingly

Job Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Screening resumes and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. 
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers (eg. Agm- Sales / G.M- Sales)
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Performing reference and background checks 
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process

, discuss the growth chart in the organization.

  • Staying current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Coordinating and liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations completing timely reports on employment activity 
  • Conducting exit interviews.

Experience: 2 -4 Yrs in the Real estate industry 

Qualification: Graduate / Any Degree

Location:- Noida / Gurgaon
